      Today iam  presenting  you the profound utensils at my kitchen for your health benefits...


1.Clay pot: The benefit of using a clay pot is the cooked food has incorporated all the natural juices, nutrients and vitamins, presenting the foundation for a healthy meal... The most noticeable aspect and that for which clay pot converts will continue to cook this way, is the wonderful flavour and taste of the food.clay pot cooking does not require any addition of cooking oils, since the moisture in the soaked clay keeps food from burning, cooking this way is an easy way to reduce calories and fat in your diet...
 
2.Copper Vessel: Ayurveda recommends storing water in copper vessels...according to ayurveda, drinking water from copper cups prevents ageing and Copper can destroy undesirable virus and bacteria...when copper dissolves in water, water becomes ionic (electrolyte) as can be ascertained by its pH measurement... That is the reason the micro-organisms get killed in such water....
    atleast after reading this, u can think of adopting our grandparents utensils for healthy lifestyle :-)
